In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing the rpvip1 platform, registering an Account, or using any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rpvip1 platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting support.

To open and maintain an Account on the rpvip1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rpvip1 does not permit use of its Services by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal minimum gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the rpvip1 platform for your own personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity as a sports trader, arbitrage bettor, or using automated software to place wagers.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of the rpvip1 operator, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, voluntary or otherwise, that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

To access the full range of rpvip1 Services, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is a Prohibited Activity and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. rpvip1 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delayed withdrawals or Account suspension.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting rpvip1 customer support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary Account closure will be refunded to a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

rpvip1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of Account Holders. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Before processing the first withdrawal from a new Account.
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed certain threshold amounts, as determined by the platform's internal risk policy.
• When a Player's account activity triggers rpvip1's automated fraud detection systems.
• When rpvip1 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account Holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. rpvip1 may also request proof of payment method ownership, such as a bank statement header or screenshot of an e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) displaying the registered account name.

Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. rpvip1 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete documentation package via the platform's support channel.

All deposits to the rpvip1 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rpvip1 supports the following deposit methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the Account Holder — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the rpvip1 cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits processed via bank transfer are typically credited to your rpvip1 Account within 1–5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. During periods of high traffic or bank maintenance windows, deposit processing may take longer.
• rpvip1 does not charge a fee for standard deposit transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which rpvip1 accepts no responsibility.
• rpvip1 reserves the right to return a deposit to the original payment method and decline to credit the corresponding amount to the player's Account if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

rpvip1 processes withdrawal requests in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to payment methods registered in the Account Holder's own name. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Verification prerequisite: All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 5. rpvip1 will not process withdrawals to unverified Accounts.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where practically possible. If the original payment method is no longer active, an alternative verified method in the Account Holder's name may be used upon completion of additional verification.
• Processing time: rpvip1's target withdrawal processing time is under five minutes from approval for standard requests. Withdrawal requests that trigger additional review may take up to 24 hours. Complex KYC-pending cases may take longer; rpvip1 will communicate expected timelines in such cases.
• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the rpvip1 cashier and may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Wagering requirement clearance: Bonus Funds credited to your Account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money balance that does not include Bonus Funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC clearance.
• Maximum withdrawal limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier. Limits may be adjusted based on Account tier and verification status.

rpvip1 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) that must be completed before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Account Holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. rpvip1 reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless rpvip1 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Non-transferable: Bonuses and promotional credits are personal to the Account Holder and may not be transferred to another Account or converted to cash outside of the stated wagering clearance process.
• Expiry: Bonuses that have not been claimed or wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus credits are removed from the Account balance without compensation.
• Abuse prevention: rpvip1 reserves the right to void bonuses and reverse any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, structured wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion between players.
• Game weighting: Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirement clearance. Specific game contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute at the full rate; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

rpvip1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by Account Holders.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the rpvip1 platform. Specific game rules for individual products — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sakong, Andar Bahar, and togel — are published within the relevant product sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A wager is only considered accepted when a confirmation reference is displayed to the player within the rpvip1 interface. Wagers not confirmed by the system are not valid regardless of the displayed odds or stake entered.
• Odds and pricing: rpvip1 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds. Where a bet has been accepted at an obviously incorrect price (palpable error), rpvip1 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the player's Account balance.
• Sportsbook — mix parlay (accumulator) bets: Mix parlay refers to multi-leg accumulator bets where the return is the product of all individual leg odds. If any single leg is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining selections. Cashout options, where available, are subject to in-running pricing at the time of the cashout request.
• Sportsbook — voor bola (Asian handicap): Voor bola markets apply a handicap to the match result. Full Asian handicap rules as published in the sportsbook product guide apply. In the event of a push (stake returned), the wager is voided and the stake is returned to the player's Account.
• Live betting: Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to acceptance at the prices displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, odds can change between bet placement and confirmation. If odds change materially before a bet is processed, the player will be notified and given the option to confirm at the new price or cancel.
• Result disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any wager, the decision of rpvip1's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Clause 17.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rpvip1 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access or use rpvip1 Services if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Fraudulent activity: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment methods, conducting chargebacks in bad faith, or any other form of financial fraud directed at rpvip1 or other players.
• Money laundering: Using the rpvip1 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. rpvip1 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under its licensing obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating live casino betting patterns, or pre-arranging outcomes in peer-to-peer games.
• Automated wagering (bot use): Using any software, algorithm, script, or automated tool to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use.
• Arbitrage and bonus exploitation: Systematically exploiting odds differentials across platforms (matched betting / arbitrage) or structuring wagering activity specifically to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your rpvip1 Account, or accessing an Account registered to another person.

rpvip1 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide the following tools to help Account Holders manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible via the Account settings or through the 24/7 live chat support function:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Configure automatic session time reminders or hard cut-offs to limit continuous play sessions.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted downward.
• Cool-off periods: Take a temporary break from the platform — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — during which the Account remains open but all wagering functionality is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the rpvip1 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Key data processing activities at rpvip1 include Account registration and management, KYC identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and security monitoring, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. rpvip1 does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by our licensing obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvip1 and its operators, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the rpvip1 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with these Terms or your use of rpvip1 Services, even if rpvip1 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform or any individual Service caused by events outside rpvip1's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet infrastructure failures, bank system maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred in the normal course of using rpvip1 Services. Gambling involves financial risk; by accepting these Terms you acknowledge that you are wagering voluntarily and accept the risk of financial loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rpvip1's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rpvip1 operator is licensed and registered. The rpvip1 platform is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity; the specific jurisdiction of incorporation and licensing is available upon request by contacting [email protected].

rpvip1 is made available to players located in Indonesia for their personal entertainment. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction and that rpvip1 accepts no liability for your decision to access the platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the informal resolution process described in Clause 17 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, to be conducted in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

rpvip1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rpvip1 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. In cases of significant changes, additional notice may be provided via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the rpvip1 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.

rpvip1 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to any Account Holder for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

If you have a question, complaint, or dispute relating to your rpvip1 Account or any Service, please follow the process below:

1. First contact — Live Chat: Contact rpvip1 customer support via the live chat function available on the platform, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Indonesian-speaking agents are available at all times. Most account and payment queries are resolved at this stage within minutes.
2. Formal complaint — Email: If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs or bet reference numbers, and any supporting documentation. rpvip1 will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. Escalation — Arbitration: If a formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days of submission, either party may initiate arbitration as described in Clause 15. rpvip1's decision on matters of bet settlement and game outcomes is final subject only to the arbitration process.
